Resetting causes us to return to its original setting as if it were new. It brings us back to a place where all things were working well but it became buggy. When in reset mode, God does not delete any of the data you have learned or acquired
However, what we may have acquired in our lives causes breakdowns in our spiritual walk and the ability to flow as God intended. Our communication between Heaven and our spiritual signal is damaged. So God just resets all the settings to a place where you will see him more and you will take the time to acknowledge his presence. The story of the axe reminds me that even after he lost it he had an opportunity to lie or hide. But he went back to the owner and told him he lost it in the river. God wants us to come back to him and tell him our truth. When we do this... God can do what is next. A reset is necessary. The borrower of the axe was brought back to the place where he lost it but he came with the owner and the axe was retrieved. God doesn't want us to stay stuck or lost. He wants us to welcome him in and take the lead. We need the reset. We need God!
