Healing is Becoming
So yesterday, during a conference, the presenter asked one question: "What is your superpower outside of the work that you do?" As the presenter talked about the roles and identities of caregivers like myself, she mentioned how we tend to hide behind what is happening to us instead of recognizing what is happening for us. Led By the Spirit...Not Pushed By Pressure
There’s a quiet prayer that’s been sitting in my spirit lately: “Lord, teach me how to follow You.” Not perform. Not impress. Not over-spiritualize every breath I take. Just… follow. And if I’m honest, that’s harder than it sounds. When Faith Stops Being a Formula Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught—directly or indirectly—that if we “do this right,” life will respond accordingly. Pray more → things get better. Trust God → problems disappear. Make the right choices → avoid pain....

Finding My Stance
THE MOUNTAIN DOESN’T MOVE The mountain is huge. Ancient. Rough around the edges. Unpredictable in ways that don’t care about my schedule or my feelings. It doesn’t apologize for storms.
