Good morning readers,
So much has occurred since starting my website and blogs. I have found myself facing various types of distractions that were designed to keep me from building strength and power with you all. These distractions hit differently because of the previous work of change I have been operating in. Because there has been so much growth and healing in me, and I can see the differences. I now understand why these distractions are designed. So my response to any of them has to be different. I have learned it is still a fight for your mind. Nobody wants to talk about "Bruno". But the enemy's motive is designed to keep you running a useless race in circles. So now we are here. No more running around in a circle with no finish line in sight. Here is where the narratives changes. I could apologize for leaving you on read. But my apology has to display a changed behavior/narrative. However, here is where most of us mess up. So to help us all, I am sharing some tips to check if indeed the behavior has changed. First, acknowledge there was an issue. Next, forgive yourself for allowing whatever it was that grabbed your attention and held you hostage. Then, apply the changes you need to correct or dismantle the behavior from being activated again. Finally, work on the methods and keep going through the process as much as you need. Your goal is to see the change. Don't worry about how others see you and what their expectations of you are.
